Life is sweet sometimes

We went to Sugar Republic and it was pretty sweet! Sugar Republic is a pop up museum in Melbourne, Australia inspired by sweet sugar and desserts. It's reminiscent of the Museum of Ice Cream (view here) and the colourful funky ice cream inspired art installations they host. It's kind of like a much much smaller cousin of the big boy.

I had been excited about going for WEEKS. I saw a video on Facebook and bought tickets very shortly after because there was no way I was going to miss out after my heart aching after the Museum of Ice Cream for so long. It was pretty tiny, but full of so much joy. The price of each ticket includes some sweet treats, a chance to take photos with a few sweet artist installations, and my personal favourite a PINK BALL PIT which, when you're inside it, looks like you're swimming in pink gumballs. They also have a little shop with some Australian sweet inspired accessories.

If you have a sweet tooth and nostalgia about buffalo bills and wizz fizz, I definitely recommend going. It was a very very sweet time.

p.s sorry my photo editing skills r not the best - I don't know how to use photoshop very well but I'm wooooorking on it xoxo also the worst part was the lighting was not the best for portraits SO there's that.
