Shipping and handling
All orders are shipped through Australia Post from Melbourne, Australia. Shipping prices are based on Australia Post pricing. Please check whether Australia Post is shipping to your country via this link before placing an order - I will refund your order if I cannot ship to your country.
Domestic customers - please check estimated shipping times here.
International customers - please check estimated shipping times here. Shipping prices are based on the flat rate price for up to 500g - I will refund you the difference if your package costs less to ship. You can view standard shipping prices by weight here, and express shipping prices by weight here.
*EU & UK customers - VAT INFORMATION
As of July 1st, 2021, EU and UK customers will have to pay additonal VAT taxes and service fees incurred at your country’s customs offices. This applies to all packages no matter the package value.
I, Sam McKenna, will not be collecting or remitting VAT. This means that it will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs. You may experience package delays (additional 2 weeks or more) and additional processing fees. You can also check with your country’s customs office to determine what your additional costs will be before buying.
Please understand that I, Sam McKenna, am not responsible for any important taxes and they are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
ADDITIONAL TAXES/CHARGES/FEES ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY AND MUST BE PAID TO YOUR COUNTRY TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE.
SHOULD I RECEIVE A RETURNED PACKAGE FROM CUSTOMS:
You can pay shipping again to have the package re-sent, or
I can refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping costs

Returns, refunds or exchange
I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will refund any items that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me via email or via the contact page.
B grade prints
You’ll notice some items will have a “b grade” option - these are heavily discounted as they are either slightly damaged or have printing errors. All B grade items will have an explanation of the issue in the item description.

I’ve tried my best to source local earth-friendly packaging.
All mailers are all made from 100% recycled content and are recyclable. All plastic baggies included in my packaging are natureflex cellulose bags which are home compostable, and these are sealed with washi tape. Mailers are sealed with paper tape and stamped using a reusable stamp - you can purchase paper tape and custom stamps from a number of places online but mine are from Woodruff & Co.
I recycle or reuse all cardboard, paper scraps and other packaging that I receive.
I plan to phase out the natureflex bags when I run out and change to recyclable packaging.
